We aim to dispatch all items within 10 working day of orders being placed.
With personalised orders this can sometimes take a little longer so please allow enough time if this item is bought as a gift for a specific date.
If you have any issues with your order or need to ask a question about the product before purchase,

Items can be returned but must be in the same condition as they were sold.
Please note : Personalised items are made to order and can only be returned if found to be faulty.
Return postage will have to be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault on our behalf in which case we will bear the postage cost.
